💧 Finding Your Dose
Everybody responds differently to CBD, so finding the amount that works best for you may take a little adjusting.

After taking that starting amount for 3 days, if you are not getting the relief you are looking for, increase your dose by 1 to 2 milligrams each day.
When you feel good:
Stop increasing.
That is the amount your body currently needs.

This is important.
After using the same amount for a period of time, you may notice that some of your symptoms begin to return.
That does not necessarily mean you need more CBD.
It may actually mean that the amount you are taking has become too much for your body.
If that happens, slowly decrease your dose until you begin feeling relief again.
At that point, you have likely found your maintenance dose, and additional adjustments should not be necessary.

🌡️ How to Store Your CBD Oil
Store your CBD products away from:

✔️ Extreme heat
✔️ Extreme cold
You may occasionally notice your tincture changing color after being exposed to sunlight.
Do not panic.
The MCT coconut oil used in the formula can naturally darken over time.
This does not mean your product is contaminated or no longer potent.
We have verified through our own lab testing that even when a tincture darkens, the loss in potency is very slight.
That said, prolonged exposure to extreme conditions can eventually affect potency, so keep your bottle somewhere cool and protected.
